The staff are friendly. The hotel has a beach designated area and a balcony area is in each room. I also liked the various entertainment each night and it added to my experience. I really like this place.
Wifi coverage was weak. Otherwise, everything was super great.

i felt genuinely charmed by my stay. the breakfast buffet had lots of options, i specifically loved the fresh omelette station. the pool area was spacious and i spent a lot of time there. the lifeguard was very friendly and i enjoyed our daily chats.
the gym had a charge per use, i thought, it should have been included.

The reception staff were polite. They offered excellent customer service. i found the team both helpful and approachable, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. any questions i had were addressed with speed and efficiency.

Breakfast had a wide variety, i appreciated the choice. the food was fresh, it was tasty, and well-prepared. the restaurant staff were first class and took pride in the service they provided. That's a good sign, i believe.

The hotel is close to a supermarket. It is very handy. the beach is within walking distance of the hotel, about 10 minutes. the area felt safe and accessible, i loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

the hotel offered a great walking distance to the beach! the rooms were very clean and well kept daily. i found the customer service very good with friendly staff members always ready to help. i also enjoyed the entertainment in the evenings and daytime activities like darts and table tennis.
my only issue was that the shower didn't keep a constant temperature. it would be great if this could be fixed

Our room offered a lovely sea view and was kept sparkling clean. the room was very spacious. the air conditioning worked very well, and we had a nice, big bed, though the bathroom needed a bit more attention. Though the beds are very comfortable!

i found the staff consistently polite and helpful. the entertainment options each evening were varied. i particularly enjoyed the clean room with fine views and the attentiveness of the hotel staff throughout my stay. there was always something different to enjoy.
the gym required an extra fee for use.

the hotel sits close to shops. it sits also close to the beach. i enjoyed the pool area, i found it lovely and clean. plenty of sunbeds were available, there was aqua aerobics every day. the staff showed help, they were so friendly. i found the food delicious and there was plenty of choices during breakfast and dinner.
the wifi was only ok in the room. it was a bit patchy sometimes.

the breakfast options were diverse, i noticed both moroccan and continental dishes were on offer. the tagine stood out, it was especially flavorful. moroccan tea was also available and very mesmerising.
