amazing staffbroken fridgeancient showerhead
the staff at the hotel are amazing, its a real plus.
the fridge door didn't close at all. i had to use the kettle just to keep it shut, it stayed like that the entire time. nobody bothered to fix that darn thing, so frustrating, the bathroom was disgusting. there was mould growing all around the bath seal, an ancient shower head was in place. the shower creams also smelled horrible

The room was so clean and spacious, i had a suite ocean view and i felt so comfortable there! the hotel facilities are great, and the restaurant food was on point. I found excellent value for the money. i'm already planning my next visit.
the only minor issue was that some of the towels looked a bit worn. however, it didn't significantly impact my overall experience.

The hotel boasts direct beach access, it is perfect for beach lovers. moreover, the area is great for exploring local shops and cafes. There is easy access to local attractions.

i really liked the big pool area, it had plenty of space for everyone. the hotel features a private beach area with comfortable chairs, this offered a calm and relaxing experience. the gym includes modern equipment for staying active.

The buffet offers a very nice selection, the dessert table was my personal highlight! i saw they had a great variety of foods including local products. the service was perfect and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We appreciated it.

i spent new YEAR there and the party was AMAZING. the staff are also all very lovely ESPECIALLY the animation team. the evening shows are some of the best ENTERTAINMENT i have seen
the room did not include an iron or board. i also SAW a cockroach RUNNING across the floor. i reported it to reception but no action was taken
