Acceptable, but with issues

poor dinner selection vegetables in sauce
The room was big, and the beds were huge, so that was ok.
The food selection at dinner was poor. It was mostly vegetables in sauce. I expect better from the so-called four star category. I couldn't find many other good things to eat.

amazing family Holiday

lovely team taxi driver close beach
the entertainment team. they came up to us every day and spoke to us and were lovely with our children. my children asked to go to kids club every day. we hired a taxi driver outside the hotel to go on excursions to crocoland and the souk, but agree price before leaving. the beach is close ,only a five minute walk away.
i found the pillows were a bit lumpy.

the staff all spoke very good english and made sure we were involved in all activities. the friendliness of the staff was Really good , and they were always helpful.

the food had a lot of variety. the all inclusive aspect was very much worth it , especially with the drinks. the bar staff were all very friendly and inviting. the quality of food was good , with plenty of options.

rooms are clean and spacious with a nice setup. the housekeeping kept the room tidy. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the provided amenities were functional.
