central location tasty breakfast prosecco bottle room upgrade
The location offered easy access to key attractions. I appreciated the proximity to the city's landmarks. Breakfast was a highlight, with an extensive array of tasty options. I also found a complimentary Prosecco bottle upon arrival. The room upgrade was a welcome surprise.
I noticed the gym has basic equipment that could use some updates, a minor drawback.

The location was central. the staff was helpful and friendly. i had a delicious breakfast with many choices. The selection included high-quality options. it was convenient to have a water taxi dock at the hotel.
My room was a bit dark. It lacked natural light.

comfortable bed good breakfast inconsistent air conditioning uncomfortable pillows
The location worked well for me. It was close to the grand canal. my room included a comfortable bed. (i slept soundly!) i also enjoyed the breakfast.
I found the air conditioning to be inconsistent. It switched between hot and cold. the pillows were not very comfortable. (perhaps they could invest in better ones.)
