excellent hotel

the location exist first class. breakfast choice were good with beautiful pastries. the pool is just good size and is excellent. the staff at restaurant and bar were so happy to help and smile.
i reservated three rooms, however check-in was stressful. one room werent ready and needed a change. the manager showed no apology or gesture for the problem. i feel unimportant to paying customers.

my room include wardrobe space and a big shower. the room has plastic cups in place of standard glasses. the provided bed was comfortable.

the hotel boast all day use of spa. the thermal pool is accessible to all guests. the seating space at the pier lets guests watch the ferries. the area for relaxation exists.

the staff remains helpful and accommodating. the hotel offer a shuttle from parking to the hotel. the staff in restaurant are smiley. the organization at the hotel functions perfectly.

great selectiondining view
The breakfast had a GREAT selection and a dining view. The hotel gave me a parking QR code. The value of 13 EUR is justified since I could enter and exit as needed (to explore dining options a few kilometers away with lower prices).
The air conditioning seemed seasonal. I wish I had known that beforehand.

i'm so annoyed. the breakfast was a joke. cold scrambled eggs everyday and coffee barely warm. i told the manager but nothing changed, can you believe it? the spa area stunk of sulfur that smelled like a hair salon and i couldnt even use it. also, our air conditioning was not working properly, luke warm coffee
