The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had different choices and daily specials each day. The staff in the breakfast room really looked after us well. The bar area was also nice.
The apartment was clean and as shown in the pictures. The furniture was very uncomfortable. The couch and the beds were very hard. There was a very bad smell in the bathroom.

the hotel has great location. it is easy to reach the main attractions by walking. i found the reception and breakfast staff very nice. the breakfast offered great options and long hours to enjoy it.
i found the sofa bed in the apartment squeaky. it made noise with every movement. mosquitos were inside the room and bit us all night.

the location was quiet. i found the staff helpful. the breakfast was delicious with different options each day. the staff helped book a water taxi. i really appreciate it. the room was spacious with high ceilings. the shower was great. the hotel bar was a good place for drinks.
the pillows are very hard. i did not sleep so well for this reason. the hotel should invest in better ones.

The hotel location was close to all major attractions, acceptable.
I was disappointed because the breakfast was limited. The lock in the front door was also temperamental and often difficult. there was NO hot water on two days of my stay.
