An underwhelming stay. Nothing special.

The building had a great location for tourism.
The hotel advertised a spa, though it has been closed for a few years. There was dust in the room, and the sheets had a tear. i had to wait for 20 minutes for a hot drink at breakfast.

The family apartment included a kitchen. The living room was located upstairs from the bedrooms. The bedrooms were downstairs and adjacent to the bathrooms. Skylights provided ample light.
The hot beverages at breakfast required a long wait.

the hotel is very nicely decorated. the staff is polite and helpful. it is in an excellent location very close to the city's attractions.
The rooms i booked looked different from what was advertised online. One turned out to be more like an attic. the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bed linen had an unpleasant odor.
