central location spacious room friendly staff varied breakfast
The hotel location is central. I found it easy to walk to all main attractions. My room was spacious and bright. It included air conditioning. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay (especially with directions). Breakfast was a pleasant experience. It featured a variety of options.
I noticed the television in my room did not function properly .

The hotel staff was attentive and accommodating. They ensured all my needs were met promptly. I especially appreciated the swift resolution of minor issues, such as adjusting the room temperature, and their proactive assistance with local directions and recommendations.

The hotel's location is near the pedestrian zone. It is also close to interesting buildings and institutions. I opened my window and heard musical rehearsals. It gave me a feel for the city's atmosphere.

HISTORIC charm! EXCELLENT location
smooth check-in central location
The staff greeted me with enthusiasm, ensuring a smooth check-in process. I particularly appreciated the central location that provided easy access to nearby attractions. The provided breakfast had many choices. I found something delicious everyday.
the limited elevator access was a bit inconvenient with luggage and required navigating several doors. I feel signage could improve this.

MY beautiful suite included two spacious bedrooms and a living area. The suite had large windows that allowed for lots of natural light and offered a view of the city. VERY welcome. High ceilings and antique furnishings added to the charm.

closed spa torn sheets
The building had a great location for tourism.
The hotel advertised a spa, though it has been closed for a few years. There was dust in the room, and the sheets had a tear. i had to wait for 20 minutes for a hot drink at breakfast.

The family apartment included a kitchen. The living room was located upstairs from the bedrooms. The bedrooms were downstairs and adjacent to the bathrooms. Skylights provided ample light.
The hot beverages at breakfast required a long wait.

a decent stay
nice decoration excellent location cigarette smoke unpleasant odor
the hotel is very nicely decorated. the staff is polite and helpful. it is in an excellent location very close to the city's attractions.
The rooms i booked looked different from what was advertised online. One turned out to be more like an attic. the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bed linen had an unpleasant odor.
