The room was large and well-designed. The bathroom included both a tub and a separate shower, i really appreciated that. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff were attentive to refilling items quickly. I was grateful for the central location close to many attractions.
I had some difficulty with the air conditioning unit in my room. It did not seem to cool the space adequately, even after i reported it.

The hotel provides a rooftop sauna, it offered a relaxing experience with city views. There is also a fitness center with three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and weight machines. A spar grocery store is located next to the building.

The beautiful suite has modern decor and soundproofed windows that minimized street noise. Lighting options in the room allow guests to adjust brightness, i found that very convenient. The room featured a dresser, it also served as a pantry.

Breakfast included a buffet with eggs and vegetables. The adjoining restaurant, Salt and Honey, is available, it has an extensive wine list. The hotel offers room service, they provided water and coffee capsules daily.

The hotel's location is near the museum district, many museums are within walking distance. Naschmarkt and the Kunst Museum are nearby, they are easily accessible. Karlsplatz metro station is within a short walk, very useful for city exploration.

Staff were warm, cute, and communicated effectively through WhatsApp. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff maintained the buffet efficiently, they ensured items were always stocked and fresh.

my suite was very spacious with high ceilings and plenty of space i almost wanted to spend my vacation in the suite instead of walking around the city it was so nice the decor was modern and inviting the beds were comfortable the kids loved having their own space to play and relax.
the shower head was dripping cold water when showering which was very annoying

wow, the location rules. it's super close to, like, everything. the staff are total rockstars. they helped me big time when i needed directions and also with some printing. the restaurant downstairs has seriously delicious pancakes i have ever tasted!
the rooftop gym was not fully equipped, i would like have seen more free weights.

The suite felt seriously spacious. i had a big comfy bed. plus, i loved the bathtub. It was amazing for chilling out after a busy day seeing the sights, you know, museums and stuff.

the hotel features a modern light design. staff was friendly and offered a warm welcome. they knew me by name because of my arrival time. the hotel is a short walk from many attractions.
there is no phone inside the room. i could not hear the front desk when i requested a shower cap.
