My room was very spacious! the bed was comfortable. the hotel staff placed a bottle of prosecco in an ice bucket with some snacks because it was my birthday. This was presented very well. i found bus routes available to take me where i needed to go.
The hotel is not super close to the city center. A taxi ride was necessary.

The location was GREAT. I walked to the city center every day and explored. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I especially liked the selection of pastries. The staff were efficient and friendly. They helped with directions and bus schedules.
The shower had a half-wall, and some water splashed onto the floor. A minor inconvenience only.

The room's modern design was excellent, and I found the size quite generous. Breakfast offered diverse and good options each morning. I appreciated the convenience of nearby amenities. A supermarket is only a short walk away. The helpful staff gladly stored luggage after checkout, which allowed a relaxed final day of sightseeing.
The noise from the street was noticeable due to poor window insulation. It somewhat disturbed the otherwise super calm place.

The room upgrade for our anniversary was a nice touch! staff was helpful, and the room was very clean. i found the bed to be huge and comfortable. the bathroom was also perfectly clean. It even included a gilet and a sewing kit.
the cooked breakfast was just ok. i would have preferred a better selection or higher quality. it wasn't terrible! though it was not a highlight of the stay.

i moved rooms and it was nice. The reception lady quickly found us a better room with a walk in shower. i paid an extra charge and it was worth it. Breakfast was tasty and the staff attentive.
the beds were hard. It was just an old mattress on a board. The blind was falling off the window, this made the room very dark.
