The staff was helpful with recommendations (i got some great tips).
The room overlooked a very busy road, so it was noisy at night. Motorcycles used it as a racetrack. It was really TOO LOUD.

The location was amazing, very convenient for exploring the city. I walked to the main attractions with ease. The staff were so friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions. I found the breakfast quite good, it had many options.
The double bed consisted of two single beds pushed together, this was not comfortable. The mattresses felt a little firm. I think better bedding would greatly improve the experience.

The breakfast offered a rich selection. It included pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, and also hot items such as scrambled eggs and bacon. The coffee machine made good cappuccinos. Tables were cleaned quickly. I noticed the staff were constantly refilling the buffet. The dining area provided a bright space to start the day.

Staff members provided assistance with luggage storage before check-in. They offered helpful advice on local attractions. Also the directions they gave were clear. I appreciated their cheerful attitude. It.

The location was fantastic. All main attractions were within walking distance. Staff members were friendly and very helpful with our questions. The breakfast each morning was hearty and satisfying. A fan was promptly brought to my room when I found it a bit warm.
I found that the air conditioning system was not yet fully operational, but a fan helped. I hope this is resolved soon, as the weather can get quite warm. The room was still comfortable despite this.

The shower setup was not ideal. The water pressure was LOW, and the handheld showerhead was awkward. the noise level was DISRUPTIVE. I could hear street noise and other guests at ALL hours. Sleeping well proved DIFFICULT.
