the breakfast included fresh orange juice AND lots of yummy pastries. the hotel actually lent us seat cushions for the opera. that was a really fantastic perk. the coffee in the morning was also super!
the hotel offered no on-site parking! the nearby lot required crossing a very busy main road with my luggage.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. They provided a free upgrade when i extended my stay from one night to two. also, they held our luggage after checkout, before our departure from the city. That was useful!

Fresh flower arrangements throughout the hotel added to the overall atmosphere of comfort. Dried flowers added a touch of style. the hotel lent seat cushions for the opera. I found this perk fantastic, exceeding expectations!

The room WAS a superior double room. The breakfast selection included a versatile choice of food. Kind personnel helped with directions and recommendations.
The entrance was NOT nice. I noticed the carpet needed vacuumed on the landing and entrance to reception. I saw wet soapy water from previous guests in the toiletry holder in the shower

the staff was friendly and helpful (i appreciated that).
I found the entrance difficult to locate because of poor signage. the room faced the street. Noise was high until late at night. the remote check-in via tv was also bizarre and impersonal after a delayed arrival.

The location was superb, just a short walk to piazza bra. the staff were lovely. They provided excellent assistance with directions and recommendations. breakfast offered a good variety of options. the sushi restaurant located right below was a great option for dinner (i had the salmon roll!).
the entrance wasn't the most inviting, i noticed the carpet on the landing could have used a vacuum.
