The location was unbeatable, just steps from the arena!!! the staff were so friendly, always greeting me with a smile. i loved the spacious room and especially the rainfall shower. It was so refreshing. i appreciated the rooftop bar, the views were lovely.
The small bathroom was a bit cramped. the mirror light had a sensor. It kept turning on and off, annoying. it was hard to use the mirror because of that sensor.

the breakfast had great variety and everything tasted fresh. i saw the chef accommodating a guest's special request, excellent. the rooftop bar served prosecco, perfect for enjoying the view.

the location was a HUGE plus. it was easy to reach many attractions. breakfast was good quality and reasonably priced. the staff were genuinely helpful.
Our room was located in a separate building. the walk between the buildings was further than expected. i noticed stains on the carpet in our room. It was not pleasant.

The location is amazing with very narrow streets. The arena is only a one minute walk. The rooftop bar overlooks the arena offering a unique experience. The hot tub on the roof is available by appointment until 3 pm. From 3 pm to 6 pm there is free access.
The air conditioning was underperforming and they provided a fan.

The breakfast included a great variety and high-quality food. I found it fulfilling and prepared me for the day. The prosecco was readily available and brought upon request. Staff provided really good help and information.

Staff were excellent, very helpful, and exceedingly professional. They took care of my needs and were really good. The registration desk and transport assistance were both extraordinary. I felt welcomed upon arrival and departure.

The room was clean with attention to detail. It felt modern and comfortable. The shower had a door that closed properly, and the amenities were complete. The room size was adequate for my needs. I had a restful experience.

The site is in the town center, a fantastic situation near the arena. Attractions, shops, and bars are within walking distance. It is very central. The immediate vicinity offers plenty to explore. I did not require transportation.

Valet parking service was great, very efficient and secure. I found free bikes available, and the coffee in the lounge was a nice addition. There were treats available near reception, a small but welcome touch. The rooftop area had a view.

The hotel boasts a GREAT central location near the arena. Staff members were friendly and helpful. They clearly care about providing the best service. The rooftop bar provides an excellent view and music.
My room was quite small. This was the only slight drawback during an otherwise wonderful stay.

The hotel is nearly adjacent to the Arena.. It takes just a minute to walk there. Many shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The central location allows for convenient exploration of attractions.
