missing communication welcome amenity
The service level did not match the hotel's appearance. proactive communication was missing. For example i had to inquire about my room's availability at the front desk at 3 pm. also, i was surprised by the lack of a welcome amenity in the room, considering i had informed the hotel of a special occasion prior to my stay. This information clearly did not reach the appropriate staff. questionable service,
