Really good stay near st mark's square

easy access restaurant reservation ample space

The location offered easy access to st mark's square, a short walk. The staff aided in organizing visits and restaurant reservations, which i appreciated. The room had a great view and provided ample space. It was a junior suite premium. i will definitely return soon..

The hotel has its own pier, i thought it was close, but access directly from the airport by water taxi involves arrangements.

really good hotel stay

pleasant surprise restful stay

i was kindly upgraded to a junior suite. the room was beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered, offering amenities i haven't encountered even in other five-star establishments. the bed was comfortable. the staff was kind and attentive.

during my january stay, i noticed that after 9 pm, the streets in the immediate neighborhood were quite empty. it was challenging to find open places to dine or have drinks. this might not be the case during the summer months.

a lovely experience

great view amazing staff perfect size

the hotel has a great location (and i loved being so close to the main square). the staff helped with organizing visits and restaurant bookings. anna and the breakfast team (plus the reception team) were just amazing! the room had a great view, a perfect size, and i felt comfortable.

one very slight drawback was the limited balcony access.

breakfast had a wide variety of fresh food. i especially liked the fabulous patisserie options. the hotel restaurant is high quality, with staff ready to manage your requests. i enjoyed this aspect of my visit very much.
