amazing stay in a superb building
converted mill smooth shuttle friendly staff
i was so impressed with the converted mill it is now. the shuttle to the main areas ran smoothly and saved so much time. the friendly staff greeted me daily, and i felt very welcome. it provided easy access to everything i wanted to see.
the wifi system was a little confusing at first. it would be nice if the instructions were clearer upon check-in. it took some time to figure out the password.

The hotel featured a rooftop swimming pool, that offered views. easy access to central areas via a convenient boat service. The timetable was readily available at reception. i found this very useful.

Really good Hotel Stay
amazing staff complimentary shuttle best meal
The complimentary shuttle service to the city was very useful. I had one of the best meals I have ever eaten at the Aromi restaurant (the pasta was good). Ella provided amazing massages at the spa. The Skylone Rooftop bar has amazing views.
The air conditioning shut off automatically. I woke up sweating one night. The fragrance sticks smell quite bad. The plumbing would bubble when I used the faucet. The front desk staff are not friendly.

I found that the Aromi restaurant offers excellent food, especially its pasta selections. The Skyline Rooftop Bar gives amazing views. I thought the bar was a great spot for an evening drink.

The staff was polite and discreet. The complimentary shuttle from the hotel was prompt and efficient. I appreciated the helpfulness of the employees who gave clear directions and assistance when asked.

great breakfast friendly staff convenient shuttle water charge missing clock hard pillows
The breakfast offered a large variety. The staff was helpful and friendly. The shuttle service provided transportation, which saved me due to ferry strikes.
I was charged for bottled water. I noticed there was no clock in the room. The pillows were too hard, and softer options were unavailable.
