a charmed stay
helpful staff dinner recommendation suite upgrade wonderful view
the staff quickly assisted with baggage after stepping out of the taxi. natalie from the front desk offered a great dinner recommendation. i received an upgrade from a junior suite to a full suite. the suite offered a wonderful view.
the gym equipment was not in perfect condition.

my beautiful double or twin room included separate sinks. rainfall shower was also present in the room. the amazing food at the restaurant was served on time!!! i loved that.
the gym equipment looked quite old.

The room included daily changed linen sheets. (That's a detail I always appreciate.) The solid marble and brass bathroom added a touch of elegance.

kind staff wonderful location rooftop bar blank courtyard faulty shower dated breakfast
the staff was very kind I appreciate that. the location was wonderful close to many attractions. the rooftop bar was such a treat it had a nice view.
our room overlooked a courtyard and that wasn't ideal. the shower doors would not close properly i had some trouble. the breakfast area felt dated with harsh lighting I did not enjoy the atmosphere.
