The breakfast was delicious (especially the omelettes). The staff promptly addressed a request I had about my room. The hotel location allowed a short walk to the center. Pools and outdoor areas were comfortable and modern.
The hotel charged a fee for ice from the bar, unexpected. I think offering complimentary ice would improve the guest experience.

The staff ensured a comfortable experience. I noticed attentive service near the pool. The reception staff was always available. They provided assistance with dinner reservations, (which was helpful).
