The heated infinity pool offered a very nice touch. the room had two floors and a balcony overlooking the pools and lake. the really fine part was the pool area.
The superior room was not superior. The bathroom had a small, cramped shower area.

i appreciated the morning views during breakfast. the rooms was clean and modern. our half-board dining each evening was very nice. the pool area and jetty had very lovely views. it are all very good.
the room could be improved a little. it was fine, but i thought they need refurbished a little. i would change that with new one.

the staff offers a high standard of customer service. every one of them greets us with a cheery 'Buongiorno'. reception staff seems professional. the cleaning crew do a job to keep the hotel super clean.
