The breakfast buffet was great (especially the omelette station!).

I found several issues. The room service was quite slow, and there was not enough variety on the menu. the staff didn't seem very attentive, and I struggled to get basic requests fulfilled. I expected much better service from a hotel of this supposed caliber (the experience felt far from luxurious).

The staff was super helpful with check-in, especially oumaima. she also suggested local restaurants. Ines and mariem were great too! i found a sweet welcome gift of moroccan sweets. Everything i needed was available. the breakfast buffet had an excellent diversity of options.

The pool is quite large at 27m. It is great to get lengths in. bikes are available for guest use! a morning horse ride is also possible. It makes for a relaxed vacation.

The restaurant is wonderful, and the food is delicious. there is a woman there who makes omelets. They are sooo delicious and she has really nailed it. a great choice of food is available for everyone.

The room service is super fast! they brought extra shower gel right away, which i needed. nadia welcomed us every morning with "good morning". She always asked if we needed anything. the agents are really polite!

I adored the Villa! The place is beautiful. The staff were very friendly. The amenities were excellent. The gym, spa, and golf course offered MANY options. Souad at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. The location suited our needs perfectly.

The swimming pools were TOO cold. It made swimming uncomfortable.
