Room 1112 provided an awesome view! the grounds were also beautiful. all the staff members i encountered, from housekeeping to the dinner staff, were awesome. I really appreciated their hard work and dedication. the casino night i attended was great fun, a shout out to the organizer for creating a nice evening.
i noticed a slight issue, the mashed potatoes were marked as containing wheat, a bit disappointing needing gluten-free options.

The hotel offers six restaurants, providing options for various tastes and preferences. i found the tomato soup particularly delicious and tasty. It was a good culinary experience. they even grilled meat to order, so every meal was diverse and interesting.

my room featured two sizable televisions mounted on the wall. housekeeping was excellent, maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout my stay! the room itself was very comfortable and relaxing, which i very much needed and appreciated.

the hotel is near playa dorada beach with ocean views, located steps away from marina rubicon. i especially enjoyed how marina rubicon was only a short walk away, less than five minutes! its location is perfect, and there is a lovely beach a few minutes walk away.

There are multiple pools including some with waterslides for all ages. the outdoor swimming pool was very relaxing and beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed swimming there. there are also water sports facilities available for active guests.

the staff always went out of their way to ensure i had the best experience possible! the team members displayed kindness, courtesy, dedication, and knowledge. the staff in all areas, including restaurants and bars, was excellent!

the mini bar was replenished daily, it contained two bottles of coke. breakfast offered plenty of choices and the staff provided amazing service.
sunbeds felt REALLY uncomfortable. i noticed constant dodging to avoid the hyatt reps who wanted to sell into their scheme, it was really annoying.

i enjoyed the pools, there were many sunbathing areas. the bathroom included a separate toilet and shower room, which i liked. the bed was large.
the pillows were not comfortable, and i would say they are not good.
