lovely stay!

clean rooms comfortable beds helpful staff
the rooms are clean and the beds were very comfortable. i also enjoyed the nice balcony with chairs. the staff was helpful and polite throughout my stay.
the breakfast service felt a little unorganized at times, making it hard to enjoy food.

our family room included a balcony with loungers and chairs for four. the room had two twin beds and a seperate sleeping sofa for our kids. blackout curtains were installed, so i could darken the room for naps.

the hotel features a family pool, one quiet pool, and one kid's pool with mushroom features. loungers are available around each pool area. there is a playground near the kids' pool.

the staff ensures that towels are placed on sunbeds. i saw someone intervened when the guests swim after closing time. the receptionist promptly gave us information about local stores.

chemical fumes grime
the breakfast was very good it had many different choices of delicious foods.
i am not happy about the cleaning i found grime under the bathroom sinks and this is for a five star hotel. there was noisy floor work close to the hotel reception. this work made some strong chemical fumes.

the room had a lovely balcony. staff were polite AND good at their jobs. the hotel provided a very pleasant atmosphere between staff and guests.
the hotel cosmetically needs some updates like paint.

underwhelming stay

peeling varnish long delays
the hotel provided free parking, convenient.
The reception floor was appalling. Its peeling varnish looked worse than something in a budget hotel. checking in took 45 minutes, then i was told the room wasn't ready and i had to wait another hour. those delays were exhausting.

i found the rooms lovely. they were very spacious. great pool areas also existed. i found the staff lovely.
the hotel is dated. this includes areas of the reception. the bedrooms have some dated areas. i also found the bathroom with no ventilation.
