lovely stay near the beach

the hotel offered a great holiday experience. the food quality improved significantly since our previous visit. the location is close to the airport and the promenade. the room facilities were good and provided a nice balcony view.
The air conditioning was difficult to adjust. It only had minimum, medium, maximum, and off settings.

The staff was nice and quite prompt at attending our requests. we arrived late at night and they still offered us dinner. this action. They were friendly and helpful.

the food selection was quite extensive and of good quality, with a lot of variety. it was great they prepared food on request, if it wasn't on display. this was a very accommodating service.

The spa provided a top-end experience. I found it very relaxing. the heated pool was really nice, especially during cooler days. the room was clean. I was very happy with the seaview from my balcony.

the staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly every request was handled quickly and efficiently the reception staff provided clear directions and information about local attractions they were always ready to assist with any questions.

the rooms were spacious and clean they offered sufficient space for luggage and personal items i appreciated the daily cleaning service which kept the room tidy there was a tv with several international channels.

Solid Choice for a Relaxing Vacation

The hotel's location near the beach provided easy access. Our double room had a nice couch and small fridge, very useful. Staff members (I should mention Tony and Luis) were friendly and helpful. A quiet and relaxing environment was definitely achieved.
The walls were dirty, and the mattress was uncomfortable.

There were many choices available at breakfast, including some good food options. I especially liked that tea pots were available for making tea. The staff was always courteous during meals.

The staff members were excellent, consistently polite and ready to help (always with a smile). They showed kindness when assisting an elderly lady after she used the pool. The staff clearly works hard to maintain a high standard.

The hotel has multiple swimming pools available (outdoor). The rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are replaced. The hotel is spacious, nice for relaxation in common areas.

Mixed Experience at the Hotel
worn furnitureinadequate soundproofing
The room I received initially felt quite dated. The furniture was worn, and there was a noticeable musty odor (perhaps due to the humidity?). I also found the soundproofing to be inadequate. Noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms easily penetrated, disrupting my sleep. The promised sea view was partially obstructed by a large palm tree. I asked to change the room, but I was told that it was impossible.

the staff were lovely and helpful, i found. the facilities were perfect, they seemed. the location is great for the beach and local shops i discovered too. it felt so perfectly placed. i loved exploring.
our tv wasnt working and i prefer a kettle in my room. i hoped for a quiet retreat for us as an older couple, but it felt more tailored for families.
