a decent stay
huge pools saltwater pool convenient bars short disco disinterested staff awkward show
I loved the pools. They were huge with plenty of room for everyone even when busy. the saltwater pool was also a great option. i easily found sunbeds even during peak times. there were two pool bars to get drinks from, convenient.
i found a major downside with the entertainment. the staff showed little interest in entertaining children. the mini disco started late and was very short. the adult shows were hit or miss, sometimes bordering on awkward

walk-in shower ample room gluten-free area
the superior double room included a very nice walk-in shower with a tray to put toiletries. there was plenty of room in the wardrobe. the gluten-free area at breakfast was very useful for me. the staff were friendly!
the night time entertainment finished early.

Some disappointments
staff shortages refrozen ice cream
My stay wasn't awful, but it wasn't great either. I was very disappointed with the dining setup. Staff shortages meant long waits for drinks at dinner. Tables often remained uncleared. The food quality also bothered me. The prawns were undercooked and some ice cream seemed refrozen. (It's a shame because I was looking forward to the meals!).

adequate stay
spacious room comfortable bed large shower poor air conditioning rubbish hairdryer loose tiles
the room was spacious. it had a balcony with a side sea view. the bed was comfortable with two singles pushed together. the bathroom included a large walk-in shower with a glass screen.
i found that the air conditioning was quite poor. drying my hair was difficult (i should have brought my own hairdryer). the lower level pool had some loose tiles, and a barrier of plastic containers.
