The room on the 11th floor had amazing views over the ocean. Staff were really good and very kind. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. My suite was spacious and very clean, the spa access was a lovely add-on I recommend.
The lifts were quite slow, there was often a long wait. This became quite frustrating, especially being on the 14th floor. I wish there was a way to improve the elevator service during peak times.

The staff showed kindness and helpfulness, addressing all requests promptly and courteously. They provided really good service, ensured a smooth experience from check-in to departure, and showed professionalism. I felt valued as a guest.

Wonderful Stay with Amazing Views!

My room was spacious and had tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast offered a fabulous selection. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They spoke English very well.
I noticed some issues with the lifts. They were painfully slow and frustrating. I often chose to walk down the stairs from the 14th floor instead of waiting.

The room was gorgeous and offered amazing views. It also featured large windows, a sofa. chairs and tables. I appreciated the well-equipped, clean, and well-kept space, and the bed was comfy.

Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of choices. I enjoyed the prosecco readily available. The chef cooked an omelet with your chosen ingredients. That was super nice. The food was great and offered a lot of variety.

The hotel is in the best part of town. It is right along the beach. Everything is close to the hotel. I found the hotel conveniently located near the airport, offering a clean, sandy beach right outside.

I stayed for two nights and enjoyed the sea view suite. The views were amazing. Breakfast was a delight, with a wide variety of fresh choices including omelets and fresh orange juice. Staff members across the hotel were friendly and always helpful. I also visited the bar nearby and enjoyed drinks.
The spa was under maintenance. I had specifically chosen this hotel for the spa treatments.

this hotel have a great location, right on the beach. i find the room clean and spacious, it have complimentary water daily. the breakfast buffet did include many options, it cover different tastes. the hotel spa offered various treatments, it felt very relaxing.
the gym equipment appears little old. it is functional but not feel modern. i did notice the air conditioning in the rooftop bar was not working well. this.

the reception staff offered a welcome drink during check-in. my room included a comfy bed and everything i needed in the bathroom. the covered pool area was quiet and had staff serving food and drinks.
the sun loungers on the balcony did not get sun until around 1 pm.
