Fantastic Stay with Amazing Breakfast!

The open-door shower was slightly awkward, yet the rooms were organized and the beds provided a great night's sleep. The hotel design is amazing and the hidden pools are amazing. I especially enjoyed the second-floor areas to sit and take in the beautiful views.
I found the reception and corridors to be quite dark, which affected the overall ambience. I wish there was more light in these areas.

Breakfast was AMAZING!!! The variety was excellent and the separate gluten-free breakfast bar was a good surprise. I appreciated having so many choices, it was perfect.

The beach bar offered great drinks and lovely service. The staff was friendly and helpful. I organized transportation easily with help from the team. They were always on hand to assist with taxis and local bus information.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. I found the open plan sink area unusual, but everything could be unpacked easily. The eco-friendly shampoo and conditioners show environmental consciousness. The hotel rooms are definitely chic and modern.

The hotel is tucked away, so transport to Funchal is recommended for day trips. Ubers and Bolt are easy to organize. The marina is close, so I could easily access more restaurants.

We had a side ocean view room. It provided a partial view of the sea. the breakfast was varied and extensive, ensuring a fulfilling start to the day. the rooftop pool offered a wonderful space for relaxation. i found housekeeping meticulous. They kept the room clean.
The dimly lit corridors made navigation slightly challenging.

the breakfast buffet had many options. the restaurant down by the harbor was very close. the hotel location was very convenient. i appreciated the harbor views.
i found a crack on the bedroom wall. the fruit juices tasted like water. i also found that the staff was not visible.

breakfast was acceptable, though nothing stood out as really good.
the room's design, specifically its glass shower screen and toilet doors, lacked privacy i did not appreciate it at all. the wi-fi connection was unstable, it never worked properly, even after i contacted reception multiple times for assistance. the restaurants on site were quite expensive, considering the quality of food they served.

not all the gym equipment was switched on for use in the morning. i found that a bit frustrating.
