Wonderful Family Holiday

My family enjoyed the availability of poolside snacks. Ordering from the menu broke the cycle of always going to the restaurant, I appreciated this option. The spa was a real treat, a great escape from the sun. Inflatables were allowed in the pool, and the mini golf was a hit with the teenagers.
The hotel was very busy during breakfast and dinner. The experience was unpleasant, with a chaotic atmosphere. It was hard to find seats, tables, and cutlery.

The hotel has a beautiful pool in the middle. A spa offers many choices for relaxation. There are various areas for leisure, including game rooms and relaxation zones that appeal to both children and adults.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar service was really good. I found particular appreciation for Estefania, who was very jolly and friendly and a credit to this hotel. All staff members work hard.

I found the food to be very good with plenty of choice. Breakfast and dinner offered great variety. The poolside bar girls made good burgers. The all-inclusive option included unlimited fresh pizza, burgers, and fries.

the spa was free to use daily, a plus.
The food selection was disappointing and there was not much choice at any meal. the buffet restaurant was often very busy. Finding a table was hard and staff offered no help (it seemed they didn't care much).

The hotel had good facilities for children. There was a nice play area and pools. The snack bar offered great burgers and a fresh-to-order bar with tapas and Caesar salads. I especially liked the free use of the spa, it was a plus.
Some staff were rude, even pointing at plates. The food selection was disappointing. There was not much to choose from. The buffet restaurant got very busy and sometimes there were no seats available.
