the spa was free to use daily, a plus.
The food selection was disappointing and there was not much choice at any meal. the buffet restaurant was often very busy. Finding a table was hard and staff offered no help (it seemed they didn't care much).

The hotel had good facilities for children. There was a nice play area and pools. The snack bar offered great burgers and a fresh-to-order bar with tapas and Caesar salads. I especially liked the free use of the spa, it was a plus.
Some staff were rude, even pointing at plates. The food selection was disappointing. There was not much to choose from. The buffet restaurant got very busy and sometimes there were no seats available.
