relaxing stay with fantastic service

the hotel staff were always ready to assist and seemed happy to help. the poolside entertainment team stood out. we had a suite. it was the largest holiday room i have ever stayed in. it included a double balcony and a kingsize bed. the food at the main restaurant was varied with good quality.
the hotel hill can be challenging with a pram or mobility issues. cheap taxis alleviate this issue. overall, this was an excellent and relaxing stay. i want to return as soon as possible.

I was so happy, ALL the staff members were helpful and friendly. The buffet food offered a great variety and the quality was really good! The rooms were kept super clean, everything was so clean and tidy.
The evening entertainment was quite varied, SOME nights were better than others. I think some improvements could be made to ensure consistent quality.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel food was good. The view from the room to the pool was amazing. The beach is a short walk away. Breakfast and dinner buffet had excellent food. The spa offered great massages. There were many different pool activities to choose from daily. The cliff walk to the harbor is fine. Aqua spin at sunset was a highlight.
The gym could benefit from updated equipment. Some machines showed wear and tear.

The breakfast offers fresh fruit and juices. I especially enjoyed the infinity pool and the connected children's pool. I also used the quieter sunbathing area when I wanted complete peace.
The road outside the hotel can be noisy. I had trouble sleeping with the balcony door closed.

I found the hotel staff very friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I enjoyed the main restaurant. It was upgraded with a sea view. The beds measure 200x200 which is a delight.
