The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was nicely decorated with good complementary toiletries. It included an empty fridge for our own drinks plus tea and coffee making facilities. The TV offered many channels, including the main UK networks.
I found that the hotel shuttle bus was infrequent. It only ran every 2 hours, which sometimes made planning trips to the beach or marina slightly inconvenient.

I enjoyed the 7 Seven spa pools a lot. The facilities were captivating and the staff were attentive. I felt very welcomed by the director, Claudia. She offered me tea when I felt unwell. I appreciated the priority given to client care!
The games room seemed rundown, The pool table was missing balls. Only two darts were available on the dart board machine. I got a refund at reception.

Our room was very comfortable. It had a separate lounge area. A huge bath and a terrace was available where I had breakfast. The terrace overlooked the golf course!

staff displayed warmth and attentiveness, working hard to ensure all guests felt welcome. the maintenance of the hotel impressed me, it created a very relaxing atmosphere. i thought that the food options were very delicious.
during my visit, i found that the gym lacked sufficient equipment. a treadmill was out of service, which impacted my workout routine.

i stayed for six nights and found it good. our family suite was spacious and clean. the staff at reception, concierge, and the bar were professional and helpful. the breakfast offered a great selection for every diet. the courtesy bus to the marina was a lovely addition, too.
the hotel is showing some wear and could use a refurbishment. some areas look a little tired.

the breakfast had everything i wanted service was excellent every day. the main hotel restaurant was excellent. my wife received sparkling wine and a birthday cake in our room from the hotel.
the exercise classes had an extra charge the pool table too.

the air conditioning in the rooms was not cold enough. i found it difficult to sleep. there was also a constant battle for sun beds by the pool. i hope this gets resolved.
