the room was large. it was comfy with a great view of the port. the staff were friendly and available at any time.

the air con was poor. it stopped working on our 2nd to last day. we told reception, and they said they would get someone to look at it. no one came.

the staff were professional. i found a table at breakfast with no trouble. there was also a sunbed available by the pool when i wanted one (this was a big plus!). the local restaurants were very near, and i could walk to the town easily.

the wi-fi was a bit unreliable at times.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location and the staff was helpful. breakfast offered a great selection (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit). the gym featured modern equipment in excellent condition. It was a plus for my routine. the hotel offered a voucher for spa access due to maintenance in the indoor pool. It was a nice touch.

the air conditioning in my room was not efficient. i found it difficult to cool down the space sufficiently.

the hotel provided convenient, secured parking, a definite plus. many activities occurred . access to the walkable waterfront area was very easy and i loved it.

the air conditioning in my room wasn't great. it struggled to cool the space effectively. this impacted my sleep quality during warmer nights.

the outdoor pool and its seating area met my expectations.

The air conditioning in my double or twin room malfunctioned. I reported it, but no one addressed the issue. i spent a sleepless night due to the heat and traffic noise from the open patio door. the staff offered no real solution upon checkout and falsely claimed a global air conditioning problem, contradicted by the functional a/c in other areas.

the room was a suite sea view and it exceeded my expectations. i was able to see the port from my room which was very cool. the staff gave me some fizzy wine and cake for my birthday.

i didnt like how the carpets in the hallways are stained. the pool was too small for a lot of people. also the breakfast had a big selection but it was poor quality
