Mixed Feelings About My Stay

cheap utensils uncomfortable sofa

I was quite disappointed with some aspects of the hotel. The kitchen utensils felt cheap. A flimsy spaghetti spoon is not what I expect. the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, causing my son to have back pain. It's unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. (I think they really need to address this.)
