the breakfast had a great range of options, from continental to cooked.
I found the hotel layout confusing. I needed assistance to find my room, and the staff member insisted on giving me a tour of the hotel right away. this occurred while i was tired and my belongings remained in the hallway during the tour. I found that inconsiderate. the hotel's distance from beaches is significant at 30-35 minutes.

The staff at breakfast were attentive. I was pleased with that.
My room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. I discovered noticeable dust accumulation behind the baby bed. Ants infested the area near the refrigerator. This created unsanitary conditions.

minor issues detract from the stay

varied breakfastbroken sunbedsdeep clean
the breakfast was varied and good.
there was a lack of maintenance in many facilities for example the sunbeds in the room were broken the room hanger was broken too. a DEEP clean is needed for example there were cobwebs on the living room lamp. they did not put any toiletries in either of the two rooms.

The staff were very friendly. Philippa welcomed me warmly at reception, and Thassio helped arrange activities. They ensured my comfort at every turn. The spa offered great value, and the staff were accommodating. The breakfast included good food. I appreciated the variety of options available.
The room was large. however it was near the loading area, this resulted in some noise early each morning.
