The room was modern and VERY clean. Complimentary water and coffee were provided. The shower was also good. The breakfast offered plenty of options too.
The air conditioning wasn't very effective. The temperature only lowered a couple of degrees, so we slept with the window open. The fridge was also a bit small. I couldn't store much.

the staff were pleasant, that met my expectations.
The insulation wasn't good. the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled, i had to ask the reception each time i wanted to adjust the temperature. That was inconvenient.

I was delighted with the well-kept condition throughout the hotel. The cleaning service was seriously thorough! i found the staff super helpful, and they offered great tips about where to go and what to see nearby. everything was so convenient and easy!
The air conditioning was way too loud, a bummer since i really needed it. i also noticed there weren't enough outlets for charging all my gadgets. It was a bit inconvenient!

the hotel is near a subway station providing quick access to main attractions. i found the breakfast quite delicious. the hotel bar downstairs was a pleasant space. the room i had was spacious and maintained well. the bed was comfortable.
The air conditioning was not very powerful, so i left the window open at night. the refrigerator was small. It was difficult to store many items. the tv seemed a little old, it could use an upgrade.

The bathroom lacked toiletries, also slippers or robes were absent, unusual for a hotel of this class.
