Every hotel team member was friendly. Each staff member seemed helpful as well. My room featured a large freestanding bath. The room also included a quirky turret with a seating area.

My pillows were too soft. I needed firmer ones. I asked for firmer pillows two times. Someone told me they would follow up. I never heard back from anyone.
