the staff at the front desk were very friendly , and i appreciated their accommodating attitude. the room was clean and very well appointed , as i could see. i enjoyed the good selection of breakfast choices each morning.

my room was not in the main building, it was in an annex. i found out after checking in that my room was in a separate building, it felt disconnected.

the location was by the riverside , conveniently located to explore. there was parking onsite , but thankfully we secured a spot.

We have never had such a bad experience of a hotel before. the service and attitude of the staff seemed bad. they all need training for giving good service. the rooms we booked were not the same as shown on the website . They have no air conditioning.
