I found the staff very cute and professional. Wesley from Brasil deserves a special mention. He was super helpful. The location is excellent. I was happy they could keep my luggage till the late afternoon.

The shower room hooks were broken, so I couldn't hang my towel. There was nowhere to put my key while I showered.

The rooms come equipped with Alexa devices, a surprise. Nice towels were available in the room. Fans were also provided within the room ensuring guest comfort, we appreciated this amenity.

I found the hotel very stylish.. every corner seemed to tell a story. the vibe was really good, and the rooftop was great. the staff are very nice. They helped me with everything, so i appreciated their kindness.

The music from the bars below was very loud. It didn't stop until 3 am. the headphones provided didn't block the noise effectively. it made sleeping difficult.

i found the staff very helpful (they gave great recommendations). the location is central, near the high street. i was able to easily talk with other guests. the king beautiful bedroom was great with nice decor.

the noise from the nightclub downstairs made sleeping difficult, even with earplugs. i think better soundproofing is needed.
