The room was cold upon arrival. I believe it was due to the timer. a small radiator was provided, but the heating remained inconsistent. also, the bathroom fan squealed all night, a sound that i couldn't ignore.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. the room i had was clean and a good size. i could easily park my large van on the premises. There was ample space available.

i noticed a slight draft near the window in the restaurant, but it wasn't too bothersome.

the staff were really helpful and very kind. we could catch an early-morning flight at gatwick the next day, as it's only a short drive. our room was clean and modern. i liked the restaurant and the swimming pool at the hotel a lot.

the room was a little too cold when i arrived. it took some time to adjust the temperature.

The staff were friendly. Special thanks to maddy, emma, lauren, roger, and manager mark. they were amazing with my nut allergy. They ensured protocols were followed and the food tasted superb. i can't wait to return. the business lounge offered a great area to work. the breakfast buffet was varied, and it was easy to request a to-go box.

the temperature control in the bedroom was erratic. it was either too hot or freezing. i found the lack of consistency slightly disruptive.
