somewhat let down

small room elevator noise
the snack bar offered food all day. it was convenient.
i was a little bummed about the room size. it seemed smaller than expected, and storage was difficult. also, there was noise. i could clearly hear the elevators and doors slamming at night. it made it hard for me to sleep.

small pool early reservation
The hotel provided excellent wifi. I even used it on the beach.
I found a few things lacking. The main pool was not sufficiently large. Securing a sun lounger by the pool proved difficult due to early reservations. Staff infrequently served drinks in the grass area, where alternative seating was available..

The rooms were super clean. The cleaning was done to perfection!!! fresh towels and water bottles were always available. the hotel location provides direct beach access. It's very convenient.
The lift was quite small. It can take a couple of people at a time only.

faulty lock mold scent
The room had climate control. That was acceptable.
I must point out significant deficiencies. The balcony door had a faulty lock. there was a pronounced mold scent in the hallways and carpets bore unsightly stains. I think it needs attention.

acceptable stay, some issues

poor food flies everywhere
the staff was attentive and friendly .
i noticed flies everywhere when i went to get food. food wasn't labelled properly too, this made knowing what i was eating difficult. the main meals are the same everyday, i found it boring.
