The staff were friendly, and they provided top service. The receptionist Mr Talib offered any help required from start to finish. The bar staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly.

Upon check-in, I had to pay tax and a deposit. I had to pay it. I stayed in room 315 and every morning at 7 am, a very strong smell of food used to wake me up.

The buffet service offers a variety of dishes, and the staff serve the food. They give appropriate portions of each item and accommodate requests for more. They make sure everyone gets enough to eat.

the transfer from the airport was so easy, it only took about 25 minutes by shuttle bus. i loved the hotel decoration, it felt so elegant. i found the staff very kind and helpful, always with a smile.

the gym has a lot of equipment and i liked the Moroccan food a lot. the hotel offers a shuttle service directly to Marrakesh, that was so useful. the hotel features a travel agency, that helps to organise trips and excursions, it is very convenient. i like their spa facilities, that adds to the experience.

i think the beer glasses in the bar are very small.

the food was delicious and had a great variety. the rooms were clean and spacious. i was grateful for the prompt and efficient daily cleaning service, along with the fresh towels.

The play park that was in the pictures wasn't there. the children's water park was broken and out of action. It was full of bird poo and had broken parts. i also requested a cot three times, it never materialized.
