nice interior friendly staff good massage cold swimming pools cold food improper cleaning
the hotel interior is nice. i liked the design and it was clean. the staff was friendly. i especially enjoyed the massage i received.
the pools were very cold and too cold for swimming. my son did not like the food. the food was often cold so i had to use the microwave.

terrible gym extra cost
the staff seemed helpful enough.
The gym was terrible for a so-called 4-star hotel. I think they forgot to buy any equipment. the spa cost extra, and the price was a total rip-off.

I found the breakfast selection very good and plentiful. the hotel store sold essential items, a great convenience. i appreciated the daily turndown service. there were multiple restaurants onsite. I had varied options. the onsite team was very helpful, contributing to a great stay.
the lack of clear signage made navigating the large complex challenging. this meant i spent unnecessary time trying to find amenities. this issue could be easily addressed with better directions.

the design of the hotel is unique, with spacious rooms available. there is free parking, very convenient . the hotel has a nice pool in the spa area, an added bonus.

mixed feelings about my stay
engaging activity great staff additional costs resort costs
the activity staff were great and they were very engaging.
I was disappointed with the additional costs. I had to pay for kids slushies, coffee slushies and kids entertainment. an all inclusive resort should include these extras. it felt nickel-and-dimed.
