wonderful accommodation experience
diligent staff plentiful food great stay nice entertainment
I found the hotel immaculate. it was cleaned constantly and i will say the staff are diligent. the plentiful food was quite good. we enjoyed the selection. the hotel entertainment was nice. We had a great stay.
there was very very slight music disturbance some nights. it wasn't enough to cause a problem. the noise came from a bar not far away.

the hotel offers heated and non-heated pools. there are always enough sun loungers available for all guests, which i consider a plus. children have a playroom and varied entertainment options available.

the setting is fine, nestled amidst greenery. it is a short walk from the coast and the bustle. i found the location perfect for those wanting some peace.

excellent hotel stay
lush ground great villa comfortable bed
the resort had a relaxed atmosphere. grounds are very lush and well kept. the villa size was great. it included a kitchen area and a good bathroom. beds are comfortable and the garden view of the golf course was fantastic.
i wanted some water. the bar worker told me all inclusive starts later. i paid much for this holiday. i was denied water. the staff treated guests like inmates. customer service felt absent.

great staff pool area ample equipment
I enjoyed the staff members! The pool area was great, and I found available parking very convenient. The gym had ample equipment for a good workout. Breakfast was satisfactory with a reasonable selection.

The breakfast selection seemed limited. I really wanted pancakes, but there weren't any! the coffee machines were constantly out of service which was super annoying. The pools had a serious wasp problem because of the astroturfing! Maybe the hotel should consider cleaning the turf more often?!

Check-in and check-out were quick. The villa was quite large. It included a kitchen with everything needed for cooking. The pools were inviting with comfortable water temperature.
The walk to the beaches takes about 20 minutes.

Breakfast had many options. Dinner featured a specific cuisine each night, like Italian or BBQ. The resort had its own mini market for convenient shopping. I found it very useful.

The staff members were friendly. They readily assisted with requests. I appreciated the low staff turnover. It indicates a positive work environment. katy from the waiting staff was particularly helpful.

The resort is near golf courses with well-kept landscaping. This hotel is the only large green area in this zone. Bus stops within a 15-20 minute walk provided access to neighboring towns.
