The room I stayed in was spacious. The bed was super comfy. The pool was great, so I went swimming. Cocktails at the bar, they were some of the best I ever had.

I found the team to be totally slow when I needed assistance. It wasn't super problematic, but it was noticeable.

The location has a great view of the marina. I noticed several famous landmarks from my room, including the the London Eye. Albert Bridge looked fantastic from there. the walkie talkie building.

the service at the bar was slow. the staff did not communicate hotel problems. there was no hot water for approximately twelve hours, and the manager did not acknowledge it as an issue.
