The location was good for my needs.

The room was too cold , even with the extra radiator. I also found that there was not enough milk provided for the complimentary drinks. The hallway also felt quite cold , as did the staircase.

the grounds are fine they are so well kept i loved wandering around. the staff were cute especially at reception and in the grill i always felt welcomed. the room had everything i needed and was super comfy i slept like a log.

the drinks were a bit pricey it made me think twice before ordering another round. card payments only were accepted i prefer having the option to pay with cash too. this limitation was a bit inconvenient for smaller purchases.

the hotel offers a swimming pool a sauna and a steam room all accessible for free i spent so much time in there. there is also a gym with exercise classes but i missed those sadly.

the location is close to the city and surrounding areas , made it really easy to get around i did some shopping. the grounds are really beautiful perfect for walks after dinner and morning strolls.

the staff were warm and cute right from the start they always had a smile on their faces. they were meticulous in handling dietary needs such as lactose intolerance ensuring everyone could enjoy their meals.

the buffet on an evening is excellent value with plenty of choice for everyone i think it is such a steal. the bar menu is great too there is something for everyone in my family even picky eaters.

the staff were friendly. they were very supportive (i had been through a car accident). the swimming pool was also excellent. i liked that the facilities were well-kept.

the drinks were pricey at the bar. also, i did not agree with the card-payments-only policy. i found it inconvenient.

the hotel grounds had beautiful scenery. i liked the gym. it had all the equipment i needed. the pool and sauna area were relaxing. the restaurant service was quick and the food tasted good.

i saw some cobwebs and a spider upstairs. the carpets looked like they needed refreshing, and the bathroom fan needed cleaning. the tv was difficult to use, and there was only one set of shower wash for a family room.
