Reasonable Stay Near the Airport
helpful staff easy access shuttle service faulty socket thin walls smelly curtain
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room had easy access to parking.. this made loading and unloading luggage simple. The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and efficient.
Only one of the plug sockets in my room worked properly. I could hear the people in the room next door brushing their teeth. The shower curtain had an unpleasant smell, like vomit.

faulty remote missing toiletries
The tv remote did not work, a letdown. i also discovered there was no soap or body wash in the bathroom (that was really annoying). to top it off, i found out the air conditioning was under maintenance. Nobody told me about this beforehand. it made for a pretty uncomfortable evening.

I found the staff very helpful. the bar offered quick service. I appreciated that. the food at the restaurant was nice. i found the reception service efficient.
The pillows were dreadful. They felt as hard as concrete.

a lovely stay before our travels

i appreciated the tea and coffee tray in my room. free parking was very convenient. the health club has good facilities, and i found the staff friendly. a comfy bed helped me rest well before my journey.
the bathroom wasn't the cleanest i have seen, it was a minor issue.

the shuttle bus service was convenient. the return trip cost £14 per person, i found it easy to book. the hotel seemed recently renovated, appearing fresh, and the room, specifically a double room was very clean.

Wonderful Stay Near the Airport
attentive staff helpful staff great amenities unlimited tea
The staff was attentive and helpful. The room included great tea and coffee facilities. I found the bed comfortable and the room temperature perfect. This hotel also has excellent pool facilities, so clean, with all necessary amenities.
I experienced a slight delay at check-in because of a system issue.

My twin room was well kept and included an iron with an ironing board. That helped me prepare my clothes for meetings. The comfortable beds ensured I rested well. I greatly appreciated the in-room tea and coffee facilities. They were replenished daily.
