the thermal water pool was a highlight it included both indoor and outdoor sections. breakfast offered good variety and freshness. i found the wifi reliable throughout my stay. i appreciated the helpfulness from the staff i interacted with.

the hotel has a thermal spa , a real treat.

the decoration is disappointingly drab. i found the decor to be in poor taste. this is quite unexpected for a 5 star hotel. i expected much better quality and design.

some disappointments marred the stay

limited tea bags sauna temperature

i encountered a few issues that detracted from the experience. the road to the hotel was closed on arrival, and i was instructed to move the barriers myself. i found only three tea bags in the room , and this felt insufficient. breakfast staff seemed unhappy , and the finish sauna was only 50 degrees, far below the expected 70-80 degrees.
