lilly greeted me so warmly! her customer service was really fantastic! she told me about all the cool stuff at the hotel, it was super helpful. as a rewards member, i got a chocolate treat and a room upgrade, that was a lovely surprise. tim and craig at reception were so helpful too, giving me tips on local spots. they were really friendly!

the rooms don't have air conditioning, it was really hot! the staff gave me a fan, but it was still tough to sleep well.

the staff were courteous. there was lots of selection at breakfast. i find beds very comfortable.

the temperature in my room was too high. it was warmer than outside and there is no air conditioning. i hear a lot of noise from the highway and partygoers under my window. the wellness and spa options were very limited and this hotel sits on an industrial estate.
