awesome facilities and attentive staff!

lilly greeted me so warmly! her customer service was really fantastic! she told me about all the cool stuff at the hotel, it was super helpful. as a rewards member, i got a chocolate treat and a room upgrade, that was a lovely surprise. tim and craig at reception were so helpful too, giving me tips on local spots. they were really friendly!

the rooms don't have air conditioning, it was really hot! the staff gave me a fan, but it was still tough to sleep well.

the pool area includes excellent opening hours. the pool and fitness center both had friendly staff ready to help! gift bags for kids were a lovely extra.

respectful staff breakfast selection comfortable beds high temperature highway noise limited wellness

the staff were courteous. there was lots of selection at breakfast. i find beds very comfortable.

the temperature in my room was too high. it was warmer than outside and there is no air conditioning. i hear a lot of noise from the highway and partygoers under my window. the wellness and spa options were very limited and this hotel sits on an industrial estate.

wide selection relaxing swim ideal location

the breakfast was amazing!!! the restaurant offered a wide selection. the pool was good, and i found it great for a relaxing swim after a busy day. the location was also ideal for visiting nearby attractions.
