relaxing stay

i enjoyed the early opening of the swimming pool without children. the pool layout was lovely, and the receptionist was very pleasant. other staff were helpful too and i explored cotswolds and the forest of dean.
the bar area felt a bit basic, it could use some modernization. new tables, chairs, and settees would really improve the atmosphere. however, i ordered food at the bar, and it was excellent.

The reception staff were friendly! Valerica and Christel were exemplary. They took care of our welfare. The bar and restaurant team were amazing. All my needs were constantly addressed .

The breakfast offered a nice range of options and the area WAS clean.
I found the steam room TOO hot. It felt dangerously so. Parents ignored the posted signs, letting kids splash around in the jacuzzi. We were surprised by car parking fees.

The gym only had two treadmills working.
