a charmed stay
really good servicegreat varietyamazing comfortnoticeable noise
i stayed for several nights. the room felt very spacious. it was well-equipped. the bed provided amazing comfort. the staff delivered really good service. the breakfasts offered great variety. i want to return soon.
the air conditioning unit made noticeable noise. it disrupted an otherwise quiet stay. hopefully, maintenance will address it.

Excellent Stay at the Hotel

The outdoor pool had a convenient swim-up bar. The water temperature was warm! even when raining. I found the staff nice and helpful. The spa garden provided a relaxing experience. It featured a novel design. The hotel food was delicious, and dinner in The Stables was a highlight.
My room was only accessible via stairs and there was no lift available though the reception was lovely.

The room i stayed in needed updating. The tea and coffee station looked old. the bed was VERY uncomfortable. I had the worst night's sleep. staff seemed stressed during the evening MEAL.

I enjoyed my short stay. The breakfast was fantastic, presenting many choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They catered to all my needs. I found the room to be super clean with a very comfy bed, thus providing a relaxing atmosphere.
The corridors seemed a bit worn. Some refurbishment would be beneficial. It would be nice if regular hotel guests had access to more of the spa facilities. They seem to be prioritised for spa visitors.

the staff provided genuine hospitality and warm smiles. every staff member was attentive, polite, and ensured our visit was perfect. Nothing seemed too much. the spa facilities were beautifully designed and immaculate.
The tea and coffee station in the room looked aged, made of plastic. it definitely needed an update. I found it quite worn.

I found the staff polite and attentive. the spa garden was novel and relaxing. It offered a beautifully designed space to unwind and enjoy the tranquil surroundings (a real escape!).
I was told upon arrival that the indoor facilities were out of use. this should have been reflected in the price. I don't think i should have been charged full price for half service. also, when i phoned for room service, i was told there was a £5 charge, so ordering drinks didn't seem worth it.
