i found the staff friendly and always ready to help! the gardens offered a beautiful view and such a relaxing vibe. my room had a wonderful smeg hot water pot. i was thrilled about the cinema, such a fun way to unwind after exploring.
the lighting in the room could be improved for makeup application, because it was quite awful.

I was grateful for the beautiful bar, restaurant, and outdoor terraced areas with lovely city views. the breakfast options were superb. I could order from a set menu or select from a buffet offering a wide range of choices. the pool, while a bit cool, felt refreshing after using the jacuzzi. The staff were always ready to assist. i also found the cinema to be a nice bonus, though i didn't use it.

the gym was a bit disappointing. there were limited machines and some was out of order. the sauna was also out of service a working sauna would have enhanced my experience. the room service menu also felt quite limited at night. i ended up walking elsewhere for food.

the breakfast was good and had a lot of choice. the cinema was a nice treat.
the room i got was not what i expected. it was very outdated with dirty carpet and an unpleasant smell. the curtains were completely worn, and there was only a small stick for hanging clothes.
