my sister and i had the soothing sleep massage. we accessed the thermal rooms beforehand. i relaxed in the hot tub and steam room. yana was my masseuse, and she.
my most recent visit to the spa included an encounter with a receptionist. i requested an additional towel. sarah's reaction was unprofessional and disrespectful. she showed arrogance and ignorance. this.

Consistent high service levels

seamless experiencefriendly naturehigh level servicetv option
i am a frequent stayer on business and it is always a pleasure at this hotel. The check in is a seamless and enjoyable experience. The friendly nature of all the staff is evident and when i eat in the restaurant, Presley is attentive and professional. It is great to come across this high level of service (i find it comforting).
i wish i was able to cast my phone to the tv, but that is the story in most hotels. It would be nice to have this option available, as it would enhance the in-room entertainment. i hope they consider upgrading the TVs soon.
Rooms

My room included a comfortable king-size bed and a small seating area. There was a nespresso machine with complimentary capsules, a nice touch. The bathroom had fluffy towels and toiletries. The shower had good water pressure.

We enjoyed a complimentary upgrade to a suite, good! the bed was very comfy. room service was quick. Our food arrived promptly. the room was huge. we felt pampered.
The room became very cold at night, surprisingly. we found ourselves chilly in the morning. the need for an electric heater was unexpected. It detracted slightly from the otherwise romantic atmosphere.

The room was quite spacious. It included USB ports. I appreciated the very clean premises.
The staff's politeness seemed insincere. I felt it was forced. Some breakfast items needed refilling often.
