untrained staffinconsistent portions
I found the dining experience quite poor. It took a very long time to receive service. Staff seemed untrained. the portions were inconsistent among the same dishes.

i enjoyed the comfortable bedrooms. beds were very nice and bathrooms were well stocked with towels. a staff member, kieran, took pictures of our group after checkout, he made us laugh and made our departure special. the attentiveness of the staff when dealing with a large group was excellent.
breakfast was okay , but the coffee needs improvement. better coffee gives an impression of quality. also, the showers in the swimming pool have a very short on period.

i dined in the bar restaurant and the food was excellent. there was a good selection, although i thought the choice could be expanded. the breakfast offers buffet options .

the bedrooms were lovely with comfortable beds. bathrooms were well stocked with towels. a bottle opener on the bathroom wall was a great idea. the room provided everything needed.

miriam at reception was helpful. she. the rooms were very clean and quite spacious. i liked the balcony and its view (it really was something!). the staff were generally fantastic.
the chlorine level in the pool was quite strong.

the hotel has a pool that is accessible for families and couples. luggage delivery and pick-up were perfectly on time. the bellman had a wonderful attitude and was caring and kind.

breakfast was delivered promptly and was delicious. i enjoyed the food at the hotel . the restaurant offers afternoon tea, even for children, a lovely option for families.

the house was super clean and spacious.. it easily accommodated eight people. i had full access to all hotel facilities too. the riverside spa provided a lovely and relaxing morning.
the gym changing areas seemed a bit dated and could use an upgrade.

the room was large. it included a good bar and a restaurant. the receptionists spoke french.
the service was slow. i had to ask twice for crayons , but the waitress never returned.
